I acknowledge that I either 1)live in Colorado 2) I live in a state in the U.S. with no Kadampa Dharma Center or, 3) I live in a state where I am a member of another Kadampa Dharma center and this is my second membership. I understand that by becoming a member of KMC CO, I will be charged the membership fee automatically each month unless I contact the Center at ad@meditationincolorado.org at least 15 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle to cancel. I understand that a 6 month commitment is requested of me (monthly renewal is automatic unless we hear from you).  If the membership rate is increased you will be notified 30 days in advance. I acknowledge that only the subscribed household member, partner and siblings that live in the same household as the subscribed member have access to all classes/events.
I understand that enrollment as a member does not guarantee my acceptance into the Foundation Program or the Teacher Training Program. Admission to these programs is at the discretion of the Education Program Coordinator.
